Fretmentor’s 3rd Annual Banjo, Guitar, Mandolin and Fiddle Workshop

Good Friend and creator of Fretmentor.com Dave Jakubiak is hosting it’s 3rd annual Banjo, Guitar, Mandolin & Fiddle workshop in Sunny Lake Worth, (Palm Beach County) Flordia. David had scheduled the workshop for January 28th and 29th 2012 to let all of us suffering from the winter blues to meet up in Flordia for some warm weather and some wonderful instruction. David is featuring Alan Munde, Byron Berline, and Jim Hurst… you can’t get much better than that. Careful acoustic research has resulted in the full, rich and warm sound of this popular model. Two single coil pickups on a full size body are accented by a traditionally shaped sound hole. The 24 fret Rosewood fingerboard is punctuated by dot inlay fret markers, with full double cutaways permitting access to all the frets. Standard output is monaural through a single jack plate.

Item 22 – 1996 Martin MTV-1 Unplugged # 305 of 696

This special run of Martins was created in 1996. A very unique guitar with the MTV logo in the MOP in the headstock under the CF Martin logo. The guitar is constructed of half rosewood and half mahogany, the neck is mahogany with a Sitka spruce top. Hybrid braced, mortise and tenor neck joint and 1 11/16 low profile neck.

Item 21 – 2001 Martin Grand Ole Opry

A limited edition Martin Guitar, number 273 of 650. Unique Grand Ole Opry fingerboard with the WSM logo and a microphone in mother of pearl inlaid in the headstock. Rosewood back and sides with a Sitka spruce top.

Item 20 – 2009 Larrivee L-09 Quilted Western Maple

Stunning Larrivee L-09. Made from quilted Western Maple this guitar has a beautiful fit and finish. The grain is spectacular and the guitar is in mint condition. This guitar would be an excellent recording guitar with it’s very even bright tone. Standard features are X braced tops, dove tail neck joinery, ebony fingerboard and bridge, high gloss finish on body.

Item 19 – 2006 Larrivee L-09 Bubinga Wood

Beautifully figured Bubina back and sides are the hallmark of this L-09. Standard features are X braced tops, dove tail neck joinery, ebony fingerboard and bridge, high gloss finish on body. This guitar has a very even tone.

Item 18 – Larrivee OM Unicorn

OM Larrivee guitar with Unicorn inlay in the headstock. Highly figured curly maple back and sides with a mahogany neck. This guitar has a beautifully inlaid fingerboard. Very balanced sound, an excellent recording guitar.
